All about our order deliveries and postage.
Please allow three working days (Tuesday to Saturday) from taking payment in order to bake and pack your order. Delivery times will vary depending on your choice. These exclude public and bank holidays.
Generally we post every day from Tuesday to Saturday. Deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Fridays.
The shipping address can be different to the billing address, just fill in the relevant parts of the checkout page.
You can opt for a free of charge socially distanced collection service from our shop. We operate from Torte Cakes, 749 Abbeydale Road, Sheffield, S7 2BG. We are open Tuesday to Friday 11 am to 6 pm and Saturday 11 am to 4 pm.
If you would like to collect your flapjacks in person, simply select “Collect from the shop” from the delivery options at checkout and let us know in the notes section about when you would like to collect them. Please allow at least three working days between ordering and the date on which you would like to collect.
Buying a gift for someone? Need your flapjacks by a certain day? If you have specific delivery instructions you can also let us know in the notes field of the checkout page. Please allow at least three working days Tuesday to Saturday to make your order, plus delivery/postage time. Delivery days are usually Tuesday and Friday. Postal orders are sent out every day from Tuesday to Saturday.
More time may be needed for very specific orders and at very busy times. You can also pre-order your flapjacks for a date up to a month in the future!
Get your flapjacks in the post! Everything is packed in sturdy postal boxes that wing their way to you via Royal Mail.
If you’re local, we can deliver them to you in our trusty oatmobile, or you can collect from the shop free of charge!
We strive to only use packaging that is either recycled or 100% recyclable with minimal to no plastic.
