Biscoffery Doughnut





Biscoff, speculoos, Spekulatius, Lotus… it’s an absolute classic that’s been around forever and right now it’s the absolute flavour to be. It’s normally vegan but not gluten-free so we made our own that is! Delicious cinnamon doughnut base with all the biscoff-ness you could ever wish for on top, including biscoff crumb and a cute biscoff biscuit.. All vegan, all gluten-free, creamy, spicy, crunchy… perfect with a coffee, just as the Belgians originally intended. Or on its own because nom.

Gluten-free flour (blended rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), brown sugar, sunflower oil, soya milk, soya beans, coconut oil, vegan butter substitute (Sunflower oil, Rapeseed oil, palm oil, water, salt, emulsifier – E471, sunflower lecithin, potassium sorbate, lactic acid, B vitamins (Niacin, B6, B2, Folic Acid & B12), flavourings, colour: annatto, curcumin), bicarbonate of soda, xanthan gum, cinnamon, isolated soya protein, acidity regulator, calcium chloride.
