Biscoff, speculoos, Spekulatius, Lotus… it’s an absolute classic that’s been around forever and right now it’s the absolute flavour to be. It’s normally vegan but not gluten-free so we made our own that is! Delicious brown sugar flapjack base with all the cinnamon you could ever wish for on top, including biscoff crumb and a cute biscoff biscuit.. All vegan, all gluten-free, creamy, spicy, crunchy… perfect with a coffee, just as the Belgians originally intended. Or on its own because nom.
